Alice Ostan is a professional Food Stylist, Drink Stylist, Home Economist and Recipe developer, based in London and Available to Travel Worldwide.
She works on a wide range of projects in Editorial, Film/Motion and Advertising.
Thanks to her background as a chef in Michelin starred restaurants she has a strong understanding of all cuisines, cooking methods and ingredients. This combined with her deep knowledge of Food Styling techniques allows her to develop deliciously beautiful images.

After achieving a degree at the artistic high school and a masters in photography at the Jhon Kaverdash Academy in Milan, I started working as a freelancer in Italy.
While working as a photographer, I decided to follow my other big passion and pursue a second degree as a chef.
Followed up by some great kitchen experiences in michelin starred restaurants, first in Italy at La Feva, which opened my eyes to a wonderful world of dedication and attention to detail, and then in London, working for Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus, and the exclusive 5 Hertford St Club in Mayfair.
After that I assisted both food photographers and food stylist, as I believe that having the knowledge of what is going on on both sides of the camera helps me every day, and finally I started working as Food Stylist on my own projects, stills and motion.
I express my chef creativity by doing recipes writing / creative consultancy for cookbooks, supermarkets, magazines, social media, food channels, specialising in plant based / free from recipes.
